NITV plans National News Service

Wouldn’t it be nice to be able to find out all the gossip and news of what’s happened in Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander communities around Australia on your telly?

Especially the things that happen in our communities that just never make the headlines of mainstream television, radio or online services.

At NITV we think a comprehensive Indigenous media service really wouldn’t be complete without our own news and/or current affairs service and we want to know how you think we should do this. All you need to do is complete our NITV Newscaff Online Survey.

By completing the NITV Newscaff Online Survey you’ll provide us with valuable information PLUS you can be in the running to win a 2 year Pay TV subscription with either Foxel or Austar.

To be in the running and to find out more about how you can WIN a 2 year subscription to Austar or Foxtel, read more about the NITV Newscaff Online Survey.

Good luck!

  1. Wow,fantastic,about time etc etc
I am loving this new TV station.I’m not Aboriginal, but I am fascinated with the culture. It has peeved me a long time to see whole communities largely ignored with the only exception of Message stick, which always has great stories.
I can’t wait for the new news and current affairs, but for now am enjoying the history, culture and fascinating peoples stories.

  2. one more thing, can we have a forum on this site, that’d be great to talk about some of the different programmes.

  3. don’t worry friends, I have many other outlets
